In August 2004, changes were implemented in the Akzo Nobel global color database, to improve the quality of the formula information you retrieve in the Mixit2 software program.

These improvements require you to verify that your CD update and Internet update are synchronized. Please follow these steps to verify:

1.        Launch Mixit2 and select ‘About Mixit2’ under the Help pull-down menu.

2.        Locate the information ‘Mixit2 Update’ in the information box on the right-hand side.

3.        Verify that the Mixit2 Update version is 05-2004 or higher.

After verifying this information, you can use Internet Update function. If you have not yet received your update, please contact your local distributor.
